Elementary level

This lesson is mainly about free- time activities. Students will be exposed to the target language through listening to two people discussing their free- time activities. The sub-aim will be speaking as it will help students practice the language forms they have exposed to during the exposure stage.

In this lesson the Ss will talk about their regrets of the past.They will be prepared to think about their own ideas of what they regret about the <b>past</b> and explain why they regret about something and what would have happened if they had not done that.

Intermediate level

In this lesson, the students will first try guessing the story through visuals and then develop the story further by listening to a song "I Fought the Law" and connecting the lyrics with visuals. Then the Ss will practice deductive reading for gist with jigsaw reading task. They will use this general gist for detailed reading of the actual text. Finally, they use their information about the Bank Robbery story for productive post-reading task of preparing a storyboard for a Hollywood film.

This lesson is in Module 10. It is a speaking lesson. Ss will start it with two receptive tasks as a kind of preparation to perform their productive task which is practicing telling their own story.
