Pre-intermediate level

In this lesson, students learn about the <b>past</b> <b>simple</b> tense and the phonological features of <b>past</b> tense verbs in the context of school days and school memories in the <b>past</b>. The students will practice pronunciation in pairs as well as in choral drilling as an entire class.

A1 level

In this lesson, the students are going to review the use of present <b>simple</b> tense/ verb to 'be' with personal pronouns /affirmative. The lesson will start with picture show to present the context of jobs. This will be followed by highlighting and clarification to the grammatical aspect involved and 2 controlled practice to reinforce the use of the target language. The last part of the lesson will be dedicated to practicing speaking for accuracy.

Intermediate 1 level

This lesson presents <b>past</b> <b>simple</b> and present perfect verb tenses in the context of changes in Vietnam. It also presents expressions that are commonly used with these verb tenses.

TP 8 Grammar Was & Were

Elementary level

In this lesson learners will be given the opportunity to learn and use the <b>past</b> tense verbs 'was' & 'were'. Learners will be introduced to the TL using a series of images from the 1900's. A gist and initial task will be performed using a guided discovery approach. MFP will be performed for positive and negative forms only and a brief multiple choice worksheet for the controlled task. Freer Practice will involve speaking about <b>past</b> events.

Intermediate level

In this lesson, students will learn about <b>Past</b> <b>Simple</b> and <b>Past</b> Continuous. They will also lean how to link <b>Past</b> <b>Simple</b> and <b>Past</b> Continuous. They will practice how to pronounce regular <b>past</b> forms of verbs.

Chapter 4 Has exercise always been important?

A2 - reading 2 level

Students learn the <b>Past</b> tense /d/, /t/, and /ıd/ sounds through the text (Has exercise always been important?) Students will learn pre-teaching vocabulary through pictures; Ss will also learn descriptive adjectives, identify the cause and effect and irregular <b>past</b> tense verbs.

Intermediate level

In this lesson, students learn about the Present Perfect and Present Perfect Progressive by reading about the couple who started the Lonely Planet travel books, Tony and Maureen Wheeler. They will also be provided worksheets, which I have created, and these will help them work out the rules for each of these verb tenses. Finally, a few concept questions will be given to make sure that understanding and full comprehension has taken place.

A2 level

In this lesson, students learn about how to talk about a day using <b>past</b> <b>simple</b> irregular verbs. In the previous lesson, the students will learn useful irregular verbs for daily life events. In my lesson, they will reuse and recycle the words from the previous lesson, and they will learn additional vocabulary to use in daily life.
