To provide clarification, review and practice of Free time activities in the context of Free time
Subsidiary Aims

For ss to have practice on both speaking and listening for fluency and accuracy
Procedure (14 minutes)
Language focus (7 minutes) • For ss to understand the meaning, form and pronunciation of the verbs
Ss look at the spelling rules and write the he/she/it forms of the verbs Ss then listen and practice
Gap-filling (7 minutes) • For ss to have practice in using the correct form of the verb
Ss first read the text quickly without filling in the gaps to find out what it is about then do the exercise on their own Ss check answers in pairs T check answers with the class
