Lexis on Rooms and Things in a House
Elementary level

Description

In this lesson, students learn new vocabulary on rooms and things in a flat. As they are taught the grammar that is needed, there will be just a quick review of "there is/are" at the beginning through writing True/False sentences. Then they match the names of furniture with pictures, and they are taught the new vocabulary's pronunciation through drilling. At the end of the lesson, they get to practice the vocabulary in a semi-free practice. As a back-up activity, in case we still have time the students will play memory game.
