To provide fluency speaking practice in a role play in the context of helping each other
To provide practice of language used for asking for and giving help
Procedure (36-47 minutes)
The T shows a short movie about helping each other and asks ss to describe it
The T shows from the Main Course book which functional language the SS are supposed to use during the activity
The T devides SS into 4 groups and ask them to fıgure out a situation in which they might help and actit out. SS act in groups in front of the class.
The T shows on the board the main errors heard during the role play and discussit with the class
