Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

i will ask the students to answer Which one would you like to do most/least? Why? in an open discussion

Test #1 (8-10 minutes) • To gauge students' prior knowledge of the target language

through out these sentence "I would like a job like this. I wouldn’t mind doing a job like this. I wouldn’t want a job like this " i am going to elicit from them some of the preferences that they would like to have , don't mind doing the job like this or don't want a job like this.

Teach (15-16 minutes) • To clarify areas of the target language where students had difficulty in the first test stage

Go through the answers to the previous exercise, paying attention to meaning, form and pronunciation of vocabulary items.

controlled practice (8-10 minutes) • Check students' use of the target language again and compare with the first test

through out an exercise in the workbook. students will fill the gabs with the correct words in the box. first individually then they will check answers in pairs . after it feedback

Free practice (13-12 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

Role play (Teacher’s book p134) Student A is the manager of a radio station, Student B is the applicant. Give out role cards (and job ad) and give them 5 minutes to prepare their role. Then perform the interview in pair. and then open dissociation.
