students will see the programs and individually try to categorize it into three columns TV or radio or both. then they will check it into groups and try to give me an example either from our culture or an popular example.

students will Listen to five short extracts from different types of radio or TV programme. and will answer individually . What type of programme is each from? Is it more likely to be on TV, on radio, or could it be on either? then compare it in pairs
students will listen again and answer There are two questions in the quiz. Which categories do the questions belong to: art, geography, history, music, science? Where are the World Athletics Championships being held this year? Is Joe Rawlings a reporter, a runner or injured at the moment? What is the subject of the phone-in?
