Lead-in (6-7 minutes) • To remind some vocabulary on jobs, and usage of the language on asking information about people

I will show them some pictures of celebrity people and act as I do not know them, and ask them who they are, what jobs they are doing, and where they are from.

Where's s/he from? What's his/her job? (6-8 minutes) • Practicing the functional language for asking and answering about jobs and where people are from

I will write the questions and the answers on the board and repeat them with the students. and then I will ask them to find the people who do the same job, and are from the same country to make them use 3rd persons singular / plural.

Role Cards (7-10 minutes) • To improve their skills in asking and answering about jobs and countries.

I will put them into pairs, and give them the instructions needed for the role cards. Students will try to fill the missing information on their cards by asking their partners. Then we will write the correct answers on the board.

Job Cards (12-13 minutes) • To improve their vocabulary and their skills in asking questions about people.

I will divide them into two groups and handle them some pictures. I will give them time to think about the names of the jobs. Then I will ask one student from each group to come and write it on the board. And I will check the answers together with the students. Finally I will add some new Job cards to them and ask if they know what they are.
