The students will be asked the 3 questions, one at a time and asked why or some other probing question.

I provided 3 vocabulary items that are useful when discussing the topic of school and understanding the audio to be played after (literacy, circadian, and compatibility). Ss will read the definitions, I will then conduct choral rehearsal of the words including the stress highlighted in bold. For each image I will point out the image and ask, how is this related to ____ (insert vocabulary word).

I will ask the student to read the questions and discuss them in breakout rooms. I will put the questions in chat and split them up and give them 8 minutes to discuss. I will visit the groups and listen for fluency.

I will play the audio clip for them whilst showing the script. Then I will send them back to breakout rooms with 3 more questions that I will send in chat. I will listen for fluency once again

I will have some themes that I heard from the discussions and I will try and highlight productive interactions and not so productive interactions. Then see if we can re-word them to make them clearer.
