Description
in this lesson students will learn about first conditional sentences by giving them a story to read and highlight the if and simple future tense (will) then teacher will explain the first conditional and the use of it.

Procedure (17-22 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (1-2 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
teacher will introduce the subject that she wants to teach
Test #1 (5-6 minutes) • To gauge students' prior knowledge of the target language
students will read a paragraph and highlight the points that the teacher asks them (if and simple future tense (will/wont)
Teach (3-4 minutes) • To clarify areas of the target language where students had difficulty in the first test stage
teacher will explain the subject clearly and if students had any question she will answer
Test #2 (5-6 minutes) • Check students' use of the target language again and compare with the first test
teacher will ask students to write their own sentences using first conditional sentence.
Free practice (3-4 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language
