Main Aims

  • To understand the grammar and learn objective pronouns and reproduce a new one based on the sample.

Subsidiary Aims

  • Teaching objective pronouns and Activating students.

Procedure

Engagement (3-4 minutes) • Prepare the students and their minds for grammar and orienting them positively toward the lesson.

-Teacher gives the paper of 'I like' and 'I don't like' to the students. -Teacher asks students to watch the photos and answer to the question 'Do you like....' and if they like,they show green one and if they don't like, they show red one. -Teacher asks more questions middle of the action for more engaging. ICQs : Can you show red paper when you like the animal? No. When you use the green paper it means you like them? Yes.

Study (6-8 minutes) • By using MPF we want to teach and convey the pronouns (objective pronouns).

-Teacher elicits one of the student's sentences and clarify the meaning of subject pronouns with eliciting. CCQs : can I use subject pronouns end of sentence? No. Can I use subject pronouns instead of verb? No. Can I use subject pronouns before verb? Yes -Teacher elicits and shows the subject pronouns for remembering. -Teacher elicits another student's sentences and clarify the meaning of object pronouns. CCQs : Can we use object pronouns before verb? No. Can we use object pronouns after preposition? Yes. Do we use object pronouns instead of object? Yes -Teacher shows more examples on TV. -Teacher plays a song and students clap and repeat the subject and object pronouns. (pronouncition) -Teacher boards the form with the student's sentences. 1.after verb. 2.after preposition.

Activation (8-10 minutes) • Activating the students and check students in different level.

CP:Teacher asks two students to come to the board and he shows some pictures, there are some sentences with blanks, the student who rings the bell sooner must fill the blanks with an appropriate object pronouns. (3min) ICQs : can you ring the bell before I read the sentence? No. Can you use subject pronouns? No Semi :Teacher gives 6 numbers to volunteers and through the dice then 4 students come to board and they stand around the table, Teacher gives them a box with 25 sentences with objects, students have a bell middle of the table, they should pick one sentence and use object pronouns instead of object then ring the bell, when time finished, wherever the box be, that person is the loser.(3min) ICQs :1.Can you say wrong sentence? No. 2.Are you going to complete the sentence and then ring the bell? Yes Freer :Teacher distributes the paper and gives students different situations and they are going to talk about them, the things they do and things they don't do on that period of time. (4 min) Teacher gives feedback with an open class activity. ICQs : Are you going to talk about what do you do in your hobbies and holidays? Yes. 2.Are you going to tell us your friend's memory or yourself? Friend's memory.
