To provide review of time adverbial in the context of Autograph Hunters
To practice speaking for fluency
Procedure (45-34 minutes)
T wil tell students what they will learn by reviewing what they already know about TL. Write 'Time Adverbial' on the board and then ask SS what they know about them, make examples with them and also ask them about position of a time language in a sentence.
T asks the SS to underline any time adverbial they found in the reading text they've just read. SS do it in pairs. and then ask WC about meaning of each and what it describes, also asks for synonyms and antonyms among them and their position in the sentence. WC FB integrated Language Analysis-meaning,form and pronunciation
T asks SS to do Vocabulary-excercise 1 (Gap-fill), individually and then asks for PW and then check WC.
T asks SS to do exercise 3 on p11 (chose the right answer) first individually and then to check the answers in pairs and then asks WC.
T will ask SS to sit in groups of 3 and talk about their favorite movie, using the TL (at the begging of...later on...finally...). while SS speaking, T will monitor.
