Task (4-5 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

Language Analysis (10-12 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the task language

1 Students will be given this slide and they will match and work Meaning and Appropriacy 2 They will then check their answers CCQs: What does ‘funny’ mean? Amusing, strange or both? (both) Is the experience over? (yes) By embarrassed he meant he was comfortable or ashamed? (ashamed) Was the story ending positive or negative? (positive) 3 Students will look at the sentences and colours will help them identify which part of speech there are. 4 They will recognize adjectives and time expressions.
