Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

1. Ask your learners to talk about sth great that has happened to them (nominate 2-3 learners) Presentation through the text 2. Design a conversation with the TL and a gist task. Learners read and answer individually. (on Google Forms) They compare answers in pairs, then OCFB

Clarification (8-10 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

1. Cover Meaning, Form, and pronunciation of the TL (on Google Slides or Forms)

Controlled Practice (8-10 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

1. Provide controlled practice of the language. (you can use part of ex 2) (on Google Forms) 2. The learners do this individually and then check in pairs. (via private messages on the chat box) OCFB

Free Practice (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

1. Adapt ex 4 or create a communicative task for learners to use the language fluently. (use Break Out rooms) 7. Conduct Feedback and DEC
