Procedure (11-15 minutes)

Listening (4-6 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

-T asks Ss to do the matching exercise (pre-teach: adult, teenager, co-worker, salary, master programme) -Ss do the exercise, T monitors -T asks Ss to check their answers with their partners -T writes the answers on the board and asks Ss to check theiir answrs

While-Reading/Listening #2 (4-5 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

-T asks Ss to read the questions quickly -T asks Ss to listen to the recording and answer the questions -T plays the recording, Ss listen and do the exercise -T writes the answers on the board and asks Ss to check their answers

Post-Listening (3-4 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

-T asks Ss to act out the dialogue in the recording in pairs -Ss do the exercise, T monitors
