Description

In this lesson, students learn about Present Passive Voice through guided discovery based on a reading text about how much human work goes into producing a can of food that sells under 2 dollars in a supermarket. The lesson starts with a discussion about products grown, produced, sold and consumed all around the world. This is followed by a fill-in task where students read and complete sentences with the grammar target. Afterwards, teacher will go through MFP. Finally there is some controlled practice through sentence formulation and a free practice via speaking activity.
