a, an, the articles.
A2 level

Description

In this lesson, students will learn about definite and indefinite articles in the context of transportation through guided discovery. The class will start with some examples of the target language. Students then will guess the form and practice the basics. This is followed by some listening exercises of the weak forms of /ə /, /ən / and /ðə/ and some semi-controlled and controlled practices. Finally, the students engage in a freer speaking practice to provide personalised answers.
