Grammar, Present Continuous
Elementary (Big English 2) level

Description

In this lesson, students get more familiar with present continuous. The lesson starts by showing some pictures and asking about what each person in the pictures is doing. After elicitation and getting familiar with the grammar briefly, students watch a video to review the main points. To check students' understanding of grammar students talk about things that are happening outside the class. Then the teacher writes students' sentences on the board and they check the sentences together. If there is an error in students' sentences, It will be corrected by a fast error-correction. Now the students are divided into 2 groups to practice the grammar more by miming the actions written on the folded papers. The handouts will be given to them to practice and focus on written skills. Finally, they check the answers in class.
