Lead in (5-7 minutes) • To introduce the contexts to Ss and arouse interest.

-T says "These pictures are about me" Points to the tea picture. Uses hands for a heart shape. Goes on -When ss says " you like tea." T writes it on the WB. -T underlines tea and crosses it out. "what is a different way to say this?" -Ss say "it" -T does the same thing with all pictures.

Elicit the target language (5-7 minutes) • To let the Ss recall their knowledge about subject and object pronouns

-HO of the related slide. -T says "take notes" and gestures it. - PPP is on. -T points to the first box on slide. Elicits "I" -T points to the second box and elicits "love, like and hate" -T points to the third box and one by one, elicits object pronouns. -Writes them on WB while eliciting.

Controlled Practice (10-10 minutes) • To give a chance to Ss to practice what they have learned.

- Ss pair up. - T divides the board into columns to keep the score. - one member gets the blue cards with questions on them - the other member gets the pink cards with answers on them. - Ss shuffle the cards. T gestures "shuffle" - each pair puts cards face down on their table. (blues and pinks separate) - one s picks pink, the other blue. - Ss see if the answers and questions match -If matches ss shout "bingooo" -t goes and checks it. If it is okay, the pair gets a point. -t monitors and uses immediate feedback.

Semi controlled talking practice (10-10 minutes) • To let the Ss have a chance to practice the target language

-T says 'Who is pink?' and gestures putting the pink cards faced down -T says "blues pick a card and ask it to pinks" ICQ: Are blues asking? yes Are pinks just listening? no They are answering - If time..... -change pairs and repeat

Free(r) Practice (15-15 minutes) • To have the Ss work on the TL with less help

- T gives HO. - S work alone and fill up the first column. -ICQ; Alone or in pairs? First column or the second? - t asks a talkative s to come the WB. - T and the s fill up the first three rows in the first column. - T asks questions similar to the model on the PPP - S answers. - If they have same answers, they write each other's name under the "names" section. - t asks the ss to stand up. (gestures) - T says" go around the room and asks your friends questions." -"when I stop the music, change partners." -t opens up some music ICQ: Are you asking questions similar to these ones? (PPP) yes - t monitors and does delayed fb on WB -Everyone is happy.
