Ice-breaker\warmer/Lead-in (20-25 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Ice breaker: Ss will introduce themselves in pairs, then when they finish, they will introduce their partner to all of us. And then I will give them an orientation about the level Lead-in: Show them a pic of a gallery, ask them if they have been to one before. Tell them they will visit a gallery today. They will be divided into two teams, runners and writers. (Running dictation) Runners have to go to the other wall read and memorize a sentence, go back to dictate it to their partner, they have to keep doing this until they finish it. When they finish I will ask them some comprehension questions about the reading.

Pre-Reading/Listening (4-6 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

Then I will ask the Ss to take a tour of the room, take a look at the photos on the wall, and check if they know them. Then they have to guess who are they and what are their nationalities

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-10 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

SS have to listen to the audio about the first pic and they need to answer some Qs about it Next, each S will read about another character

Post-Reading/Listening (7-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned
