Procedure (33-45 minutes)
T. sends a link to the chat bar of a power point presentation where ss can see two pictures of two female celebrities with a number of clues. The ss have to guess which actress is being described. This activity will be done in group.
T. sends a link of a google slides presentation to the chat bar where ss are asked to quickly read (skimming) a conversation between Tia & Maya. Ss will be introduced to the new collocations as they are highlighted in red.

Finally, T. pronounces each phrasal verb to show stress and linking parts. Ss have to repeat after.

Ss have to do this task in pairs in breakout rooms first. Then, they share their answers as a group before being discussed with the T. T. nominates ss to answer the questions.
