Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • The purpose is to contextualise the lesson.

For lead-id I'll to show the learners a slide with 5 pictures showing people with different professions and I'm going to ask the Ss the following question: What kind of jobs do you find more interesting ? I;ll send Ss to the breakout room to discuss their ideas of the lead-Iin

Content Preparation (6-8 minutes) • the purpose is to prepare Ss re the content of the task

For this stage , I'll show the Ss a slide with six images that are related to the type of work people do during coronavirus epidemic , and I'm going to ask the following question : What kind of jobs people have during this pandemic (Covid-19) ? Language Preparation (6-8 minutes) • To provide Ss useful language to use for the Speaking task.

Speaking (x2/3) (18-20 minutes) • (focused [mainly] of fluency)

(Practice 1)(Slide 5) I'll ask Ss to match numbers with the correct people and going to send them to the breakout room Jimmy , Sandra and Luis, Samantha, Anne , Angie Maria and Luisa I'll show them the following sentences: 1.-She is working at home today. 2.-They are waiting for taxi. 3.-I'm not doing anything important at the moment. 4.-They are sitting in your office. 5.-Danny is not doing anything. I'll have the matching images with the people doing the action describing in the sentences. (Practice 2) (Slide 6) i'll show Ss the following question : What are they doing at work ?
