Description

In this lesson, students will practice their writing skills by writing an informal postcard to a friend.

Materials

Main Aims

  • To enable students to practice writing a short postcard to a friend.

Subsidiary Aims

  • To provide clarification of correspondence words in the context of postcards to a friend.

Procedure

Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

have a lead in based on the topic

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening
