Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

The ss will be shown to some pictures about the reading topic and they will talk about it to each other to guess about what the reading is about. Their discussion will make them to engage more with the topic

Pre-Reading/Listening (10-12 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

In this stage, I will show them some pictures again, but this time from the reading itself and they will talk about those pictures again to figure out the topic completely. After that I will teach them some important words from the reading so that they can understand the reading very well.

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

Now, it's the time for some gist questions such as gap-fill and circle questions to make them involve more. First, they will answer them individually after the whole class will say the answers

While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

After some gist questions, now we can go even deeper and answer some detailed questions. These question will challenge the student's information and make them to understand the reading much better than before.

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

In the last stage which I think is the most important stage ss will think about some general Q about the topic and the whole reading in some charts. This will help me to see what they've learned and how they can use them in their life and to see whether it was useful or not.
