Procedure

lead-in (5-5 minutes) • To engage learners and activate their previous knowledge of topic area

- T. shows slide 1. T. elicit what the actions are, good or bad habits. - T. shows slide 2. Ss. work in pairs and discuss the quote. - Ss work in BR and discuss - T conducts OCFB and nominates 3 students to list their answers

text-work (5-5 minutes) • To expose learners to the target language

- T shows slide 3. - Instructions: We are quickly going to listen to an audio of Guy and Jasmine to get a general idea. Decide: Is the audio about habits or routines? - ICQs: Do we listening for specific information or the general idea? (general idea) - T. plays audio (2.25 min) - T conduct OCFB

- Ss talk about how their life now is different than 5 years ago. - T gives example. - Send ss in BR (6 minutes)

Feedback (5-5 minutes) • to provide learners with feedback on the completion of the task and language

- T conducts OCFB following up on the freer practice. - T writes on the screen samples of learners’ production and elicits from ss to identify the correct and incorrect sentences and correct the latter ones. - T conducts OCFB
