Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-7 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Warmer: Pictionary Students will be divided into two teams Each two students will come to the front to draw something and the others have to guess what it is. The teach who guessed them right wins ICQ: Are you going to say the word or only draw it? Draw it Lead in: Show them a picture of a desk and ask them to look at it for 20 seconds and try to memorize everything Then I will give them two minute to write what they can remember. ICQ: You will see the picture for how many seconds? 20 Then you will say the words or write them? write them

Listening task (6-10 minutes) • To practice listening for details

Post listening: Show them two picture of 2 desks to elicit the words: tidy, untidy, messy and organized. Listening: Listen to answer to questions 1 What the speak has on her desk? 2 Is it tidy or untidy?

Activity #1 (7-8 minutes) • To practice demonstratives

I will ask the students questions about the things on my desk. what is that\this? What are these\those? Write them on the board and elicit the differences between them Practice: I'm an alien game Students will walk in pairs, one of them is a grounder from the each and the other is an alien The alien should ask about the things in the room What is this? It's a door And then they switch

Activity #2 (11-15 minutes) • To practice adjectives

1 We will play charades Students will act out some adjectives and the others should gess. ICQs; Are you going to say the word or act it out? act it out 2 I will call out some other adjectives and they have to write the opposite on the board 3 What does it remind you of? In this activity each student will have a sheet, in the first column there are adjectives, students have to go and ask each others about each adjective. What does it remind you of? and write the answers of his or her classmates in other columns ICQs: Are you going to ask 1 person or many people? Many people Do you have to write their answer? Yes

Activity #3 (13-20 minutes) • To practice adjectives to describe people

Use worksheets to review words about clothing Each student should show 2 pictures of the people that he loves and describe them to his partner.

Activity #4 (8-15 minutes) • To review and practice imperatives

Students will watch to short clips, they need to listen and write what they hear. Elicit the rules from the students Activity: Students should teach us how to d something using imperatives For example: How to cook breakfast How to help your mother cleaning up How to clean the kitchen How to open a program on the computer How to change the language on your phone

Free Practice (8-10 minutes) • To practice speaking and talking about feelings

I will provide the students with some question and they have to talk about it in pairs
