T shows a picture of 13 objects in serial and asks students to name the objects in the picture T gives instructions "name many as objects as you can in 4 mins" Ls check their answers in groups. T monitors for the following teach stage.
T share the PTT to teach challenging words: - T shows pictures and elicit meaning - T checks Ls understanding by asking CCQS to clarify their understanding. - modelling / drilling. - T highlights form and pronunciation.
T asks ss to match the 13 objects in the picture to the phrases "description" on the other side in 5 mins: -T gives instructions " match the words to the phrases in 5 mins" - Ls check their answers in groups - Feedback is provided.
