Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

- Teacher plays an audio - Teacher asks the students about the audio.

Exposure (6-7 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

- Teacher explains the questionnaire - Teacher gives a few minutes to the students to read the questionnaire. - Teacher pre-teaches some questions to the students

Useful Language (8-10 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

- Teacher drills some key words to the students. - Teacher asks CCQS. - Teacher elicits a few words to the students. - Teacher models a question to the students.

Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

- Teacher sets up the pairs - Teacher asks the students to ask each other the questionnaire and make notes about the other partner. - Teacher monitors the students and makes notes. -Teacher asks the students about their partners’ answers

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language
