Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

1. Greet the students 2. Ask the students to discuss the following questions . a, Which social network do you use daily? b. Why do you use it? 3. monitor their discussion and listen to their ideas.

Pre-Reading (10-12 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

1. Ask students to match words and definitions. 2. monitor and explain the difficult words and expressions. 3. have ss discuss

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

1. ask students to discuss the following questions : a. Are the candidates rejected because of the online behavior? b. Why had employers fired staff ? 2. Ask students to read the text and check their ideas for the previous two questions 3. Ask SS to check their answers in pairs. 4. assess the the students' answers

While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

1. Ask students to fill gaps in HO2. 2. monitor and advise him. 3. Students check their answers in pairs 4. T checks the answers for feedback.

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

1. Ask students to discuss the following questions . a. Will you change your profile of your face book after reading this lesson? b. Will you advise your classmates 2 monitor and check their answers.
