Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

T WILL START BY TALKING ABOUT WHAT HE/SHE DOES EVERYDAY IN POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE FORMS. T WILL ASK THE Ls ABOUT WHAT THEY DO EVERY DAY. I WAKE UP AT 10. AND YOU ? I DON'T GO TO SCHOOL AND YOU ?

Test #1 (5-7 minutes) • TO DIAGNOSE WHAT Ls ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE TL

T WILL GIVE Ls GRAMMAR TEST ON P:25 T WILL ASK THEM TO FILL THE GAPS.1-2 MINUTES. T OBSERVE AND WHEN THEY FINISHED PUT THEM IN A GROUP TO TALK ABOUT IT.3-4 MINUTES ICQs: WILL YOU DO WRITE OR TALK ? WILL YOU DO IT ALONE O WITH YOUR FRIENDS? T OBSERVE THEM AND LEAD THEM IF IT'S NECESSARY. T GIVE THE ANSWERS AND GO TO THE NEXT STAGE.2-3 MINUTES

T WILL START TO SHOW A PHOTO AND PRESENT THAT PHOTO AS HIMSELF AND DEFINE 3 TO 5 ACTIVITIES(POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE) SUCH AS WAKING UP, GOING TO SCHOOL AND etc. BY HIMSELF AND TELL IT TO THE CLASS. T WILL ELICIT THE REST OF ACTIVITIES FROM STUDENTS BY USING SLIDES, PHOTOS OR WHITE BOARD. T MUST ONLY CORRECT THE Ls WHEN THEY ARE GRAMMATICALLY WRONG OR GIVE SOME NECESSARY HELP TO FIND THE CORRECT VERB TO USE.

TEST #2 (13-17 minutes) • TO CHECK THAT Ls HAVE IMPROVED IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE TL

T WILL GIVE Ls EXERCISE NO.1 AND ASK THEM TO DO IT ALONE .3-4 T WILL CHECK THE STUDENTS BY ICQs. T WILL OBSERVE WHILE THEY ARE DOING THE TASK AND LEAD THEM I IT'S NECESSARY.
