Show Ss pictures of food and ask them to guess what the lesson would be about . Ask Ss to talk in pairs about their favorite food .

Show Ss a picture of Emma Bunton and ask if they know who she is .then give them a quick background about the Emma.point out that this is an interview and she uses alot of slang,However ,much of this is explained in glossary. -Pre-teach some words and drill them chorally then individually.
Ask Ss to read the article quickly to find out the answers to the two questions .

Ask Ss to read the article more carefully to decide which of the statements are true and which false.
