Verb to be
Elementary level

In this lesson, Ss learn verb-to-be (affirmative & negative)and how to use it to introduce themselves and their jobs. The lesson starts with identifying some jobs then watching a video in which two students introduce themselves using verb-to-be. This will be followed by highlighting and clarification of the grammatical aspect. Finally, there is some controlled practise through fill-in-the-gaps Qs and free practice via a final role-play speaking activity.
