Procedure

Lead-in (5-8 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

I'll put cards to some transports . I'll ask them to say two sentence about each card . In pairs , they discuss these cards together. They will use the adjectives in the previous lesson . I'll ask how many sentences are you going to write? two. In pairs or groups? pairs.

Useful Language (10-15 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

In ex. 4a , I'll use MPF . I 'll write three words : expensive , slow , dangerous . The context: I bought a new mobile . I payed a lot of money so it is very expensive . the second word is slow . This turtle is very slow . It can't move quickly . It is a slow animal .The third word is dangerous . You can't be safe near the lion because it is dangerous . CCQs: What is more expensive , the car or the plane ? the plane . Can you buy aplane ? no . Why? It is expensive. Now , I 'm walking . Am I slow or fast ? slow . which is slower, the car or the bike? the bike . Can anyone lives in the jungle ? No . Why? It is dangerous. Then they will listen to the words and repeat them . They will in pairs in two minutes find a sentence from past lesson using the new words . Ss will choose three ways of transports individually . They will tick three of them . they have bus ,train ,metro , tram , boat , taxi , plane . Then , I 'll ask the students why you choose bus for example? Is the bus cheap or expensive? yes , the bus is cheap . Is it fast or slow?It is fast . Is it safe or dangerous ? It is safe . Now I'll use All write RoundRobin . I'll write the seven ways of transport on board. The students will sit in a circle . I 'll begin the story telling that we have a boy called Jack . He wants to travel and wants to try these vehicles . So we will say to him the advantages and disadvantages of each vehicle . Each of them will say two sentences about one vehicle. I 'll begin The bus is cheap and fast but it is very crowded. The second student will speak about train . All of them will speak about these vehicles in this story . I 'll go around them to listen to their speaking and collect their mistakes .

Productive Task(s) (18-20 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

Controlled practice : I'll divide the class into four groups.Each group will have a card that has a name of a vehicle .Each group will discuss together how to describe his vehicle in three sentences . One of each group will stand and say the sentences of the card to the other three groups . They will guess the vehicle . They will work in two minutes .Card 1 .( plane ). Card 2; .( taxi ). Card 3;. (underground). Card 4 . (bus).I'll ask how many groups are you? four. How many sentences are you going to write ?three . I'll go through them to listen and collect their mistakes in structure and pronunciation . I'll write the mistakes then they in pairs correct them orally. Semi controlled practice : I'll ask them in pairs to write five sentences about one vehicle using the adjectives on board in two minutes .They write the advantages and disadvantages of each one . Freer practice :They are asked to make an interview with the minister of transport . You put the questions and answers with your partner in five minutes .I 'll listen carefully to their speaking and take notes.

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

I 'll write the mistakes on board such as (expensive) the stress is on the second syllable . (empty) the stress is on the first syllable . (comfortable) the stress is on the first syllable . they will repeat after the audio to these three words
