in this lesson, students are going to learn about different languages like Spanish French Arabic with getting to know the English man who can speak eleven languages.

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-10 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students into the new stage of the lesson, talking different languages which will be connected with the reading practice

when I'm going to start my lesson I'm going to talk in different languages French, Spanish and Arabic then let them guess what the language I was talking with, then introduce them to the german and Russian students who can speak eleven languages. after that, I'm going to ask them if they know someone who talks in another language and i m going to; let them talk.

Pre-Reading/Listening (7-10 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

in this stage, I'm going to give them a task to guess then ask them to lesson to the audio and see if they were right or wrong, after that they are going to check with a partner and with the class.

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

I'm going to ask the student to read at a fast pace the article without focusing on the whole text, after that they will be able to answers the task c with setting the appropriate time for the task

While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

in this part, I'm going to ask the student to read more carefully looking at the highlighted words after that I'm going to ask them to try to figure out the words and to talk to a partner and try to discuss the words from the context.

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

first, I'm going to ask them to answer few questions from the exercises and let them talk and share what they understood from the text and session then I'm going to give them a free practice and let them talk
