Procedure (45-59 minutes)
• Remind ss with the previous lesson which was about Information, . Show them the book that I mentioned last time, review it using TL. • Ask them to check their information: 1- What kinds of TV programs and films do you like? Why? 2-What are the most popular TV shows and plays in your country at the moment?
SS read the examples given for defining the vocabularies of the unit in EX:d P.108 and then give the the flashcards prepared to be as riddles and they should guess what's the answer ? EX:It’s something which you can download >>Answer :.................
Ss answer Q2 L.b P.14 after underlining the right word in the context.
• Show them pictures and ask them to name each one by using any way of entertainment tackled,then ask them if they know the meaning of entertainment, then try to elicit its meaning and using the white board to clarify each one of them to them.and tell them that the word (festival) on an example collocates with ( celebration) so that they take them in a context. • Using the W.B to answer the exercise of vocabularies • Elicit the meaning of (album- audience -choir - concert - DJ - festival musician - orchestra - playlist -track -guitarist) using pictures, CCQs.
