Technologies, Past Simple.
To elicit Ss prior knowledge about technologies that they know and the way they use Past Simple tense.
To practice with Ss the ability to write different types of questions and answer them.
Procedure (51-70 minutes)
Show a picture of an old phone on the display and ask: Concept check question: What is this thing? What does this phone remind you? How different is this phone compare to people modern once? How do you know? What are the technologies? Why do people use them?
Students work individually or in pairs, they write questions on the sticky notes about technologies. What do they know and what do they want to know about various technologies.
Students work in pairs. They ask their classmates the questions that wrote before. They need to ask at least 4-5 students.
Students work individually or in pairs to fill in the questions about technologies on the Padlet, online website.
Students choose 3-5 sentence about technologies they wrote , using the Past Simple tense and share with their classmates
