to tell the students a story about myself.ask ss to guess the topic.show ss pictures of each story to think the story behind them
I help ss to uderstand difficult words they are going to listen to them in the listening text. I show them pictures,elecit the words,check concept,drill and write
ss listen to ex 1 to know who was happier at the end of the story ,Justin or Helen.ss check in pairs.then open class feedback
Show ss questions about Justin,give them instructions.they listen to Justin's part ,answer the questions,then check their answers in pairs.Give answer key.then i show them questions concerning Helen,give them instructions.they listen to Helen's part ,answer the questions,check their answers in pairs,give answer keys.
I devide class into small groups ,give them time to choose a topic ,it could be afunny or annoying incident,a holiday you remember,a party or a family celebration,atime you did some thing naughty and think how they will the story.give them instructions.ss should use expressions like ;actually, i used to......,i liked......,i never .......,i still remember or have ..... open class feedback
