Procedure (37-37 minutes)

T introduces the new vocabulary items by putting the daily routine pictures such as "have lunch/breakfast, finish work" on the door and gets Ss in pairs to match the words on cards with the pics. Whole class feedback takes place Then, T introduce parts of the day such as in the morning, in the afternoon etc. Ss put the daily routines in the parts of the day. Whole class feedback takes place. T asks students if they have any questions.
T asks students to guess what an actor's daily routine is like - they can think about times,etc.- Ss talk to their partners about their ideas and T elicits some ideas but he doesn't confirm anything. Also, T elicits a few new vocabulary items from such as "glamorous" from the students. Then Ss read the text individually and check their answers with their partners. T shows the answers on the whiteboard.
T gives Ss T/F statements in ex. 3. Students work individually, read the text and choose the correct statement. Students check their answers with their partners. Whole class feedback takes place. T asks for justification. ICQ: Are you working together or alone?
T asks ss some general questions about the reading text and has students discuss in pairs. The questions are as following: 1-Are you surprised about Kari’s life? 2-Is it an easy or difficult life? 3-Is it fun? Why? 4-Is is interesting? Why Ss share their ideas in pairs and whole class check is carried out.
