In this lesson, ss will learn some valuably while engaging in student focused activities related to the grammar in the context of weather.The lesson start by teaching some words with pictures and matching question .Then,It will continue by teaching grammar with short test,TTT,After doing some activity we have text related to grammar and vocabulary,we will do it together ,At the end ss will have some discussion and write short conversations ,we will check answers to questions.

Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

This is lead-in activity to active the class at the start of the session and engage ss attention in the topic of the lesson which is weather.first,the teacher will pair the students and provide them with a HO of different pictures which are related to the topic of the lesson and will personalize the topic as well so ss will get more engaged with mach the sentences to pictures . Words: tornado, a hurricane,typhoon,a flood,a landslide,a drought.

Exposure #1 (5-10 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

At this point, in order to better understand the words in the book, we write the synonyms of the words in the sentences that we have already predetermined, using their own understanding to relate the word -pictures to the sentences on the board..We write the right answers and then we check in with the students. Some students do not know the correct pronunciation of these words For accurate listening, listen to the correct pronunciation dictionary, then repeat it aloud.

Highlighting and clarification #1 (5-10 minutes) • To draw ss attention to the target language and clarify the meaning and form pronunciation of the target language.

In this section, we have a podcast in the book to better prepare our students for meaning of words. First, listen to the text and listen and repeat for better understanding. Students should guess that Which word related to which part,finally checking the correct answer.We hear the news again, we write a statement for each episode

Exposure #2 and clarification 2# (10-15 minutes) • To provide context for the target language ,learn differences between say and tell

Direct attention to the chart and have ss read.the first explanation and study the examples,To check comprehension.write some sentences on the board.ask ss to complete the sentences with said or told.Encourage ss to identify a listener.In this section, we inform students by giving examples of everyday tasks and responding to students. For example, we ask Sarah what kind of music do you like? Now we tell the students that Sarah said she loves pop.In the same way, we explain to children many examples of grammar. Highlights the difference between say and tell.To practice, solve the exercise and explain to each student the answer to why it is right and why it is wrong.

controll practice (5-7 minutes) • To concept check and prepare ss for a free practice

To solve the second grammar exercise, students need to know the change of verb time and apply it to their sentences. For weaker students, again, we will give examples and explain the change in verb time and ask them to solve the exercise in this way. . To use said and told in the second sentence, the verb tense becomes the past tense before the original sentence. Solve the text with the children and ask them why each sentence is changed so that those who are not fully understood in the class can learn again. In the conversation section, we first ask students to volunteer, one for A and one for B. This exercise helps them talk in class.Two candidates volunteered to perform this text as a demonstration for the whole class.

Free practice (9-10 minutes) • To provide ss with free practice of the target language

In this final part of the lesson, students are given two minutes to read the text of the lesson. We ask them questions about world news and Iranian news, do a short conversation and ask friends' comments and then solve the exercise individually, check the answers together, and start a group activity. . Students should be divided into three or more groups and write the short story that recently happened using the grammar and vocabulary we learned today. Candidates first read the texts of each group and the best score is considered positive.
