Reading- to provide and practice of reading related to the LOCH NESS monester story
Vocabulary give students chance to elevate their speaking
Procedure (30-44 minutes)
In this stage I ask question which is about monster. I ask them , do you believe that monster exist?
There are some words that give students hard time to understand the text. In this stage I able to ask some questions in which the new words are used such as monester, strange. The student will ask for the meaning and I pre-teach them. For instance I show them some pictures and they can gues the meaning and that help them for memorise the meaning.
In this stage the students are going to read the text just to have overview of the text with out care for details. After that I ask sommary of that they understand the text.
In this stage students are going to read the text very carefully. They must to read the handout and highlighted the hard words and elicit the meaning to understand the text in more depth and do some tasks. If they have any questions O will give the answer to help them to undrrstand the texy.
In the last stage the students have a good chance to make their conversation about monster and use which new words they learn. They must to work as a team, while they are talking O try to currect their mistakes.
