Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-10 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

-There is a review of adverbs the teacher is taught before. -The teacher gives examples to engage the students to the lesson. -The teacher reviews the adjectives and adverbs and asks students to make sentences with them. -there is a feedback.

Exposure (30-35 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

-The students are supposed to do the exercise six (change the adjectives to the adverbs). -The teacher explains one of them as a model to do the exercises seven and eight. -The teacher starts monitoring. -Then the answers are told to the class. -The students have to do the exercise seven circle the correct answer and do the exercise eight use the adverbs. -if the students have a problem for doing exercise eight the teacher clarifies it for them. -The students monitors while the students are doing the exercise. -The students read their answers. -The teacher checks them. -There is a whole class feedback. -The students are supposed to do the exercises in the reading and writing book. -they work on the unit four, page eighteen and nineteen. -EXERCISE FIVE: There are some words when the teacher have taught before. -the students are asked to do the cooperatively. -The teacher monitors. -The students read their answers. -there is a feedback. -EXERCISE SIX: There is a text with with filling the blanks. -The students are supposed to do it. -The teacher monitors and check the answers.

Clarification (8-10 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

-The teacher wants to present what are "look like/ looks like" and "like". -The teacher elicits and involves the students more by asking them to find them in the text. -The teacher gives them a chance to guess the meaning and find the differences. -The teacher writes the simple sentences on the board in order to help students guess. -the teacher writes; I eat healthy food, like vegetables.
