In this class, Shorouk will be able to express herself using the vocab about art, she will also use the past cont. correctly with misplacing it. Assumptions: She may get confused between past simple and past cont. Problems anticipated and solutions: - There is might going to be an issue with the laptop or they might be none Solution: I shall play the song/ comprehension from my own phone and plug it to the speakers - The speakers may end up not working Solution: Play what’s needed on my phone by gathering them around me and putting my phone in the center - The electricity may go out Solution: I shall work things through using my phone’s torch and speaker - The student may come really late Solution: He/she shall find things already written on the board, they can ask me anything during the break and they can ask their peers also for details.

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-7 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Going to ask her about her week, how was her daughter's interview and correct her paragraph.

Useful Language (6-9 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Going to go through the whole vocab with her by asking her questions related to arts. Also, I shall aid her if there any difficulties. Then, going to ask her about the grammar and how it is used and go over it through some grammar questions. Then let her explain the idiom (broken record) and phrasal verb (stand out) to me in her own way and aid her if there are any difficulties.

Productive Task(s) (40-40 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

We are going to have an open discussion about arts, followed by a reading comprehension.

Feedback and Error Correction (3-4 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

Letting her recap all of what we have done together by the end.
