Main Aims

To provide accuracy speaking practice in a in group work in the context of "used to" & would"

Procedure (45 minutes)

Using of "used to" & "would" (45 minutes) • Learners will be able to talk about their past habits by learning "used to" and "would"

First of all, I'll ask them some questions before we start so that we can all warm up. Then I'll explain them what they are going to learn in this lesson.(T-S) I'll hand them 2 different exercise worksheets and they will make sentences with "used to" and "would". Then depending on the number of students, we'll form groups in pairs which will be S-S work. After this lesson, students will be able to talk about their past habits. They will also learn how to use "used to" in a postitive negative and question sentences.
