Procedure (34-44 minutes)
Get Ss to fill the HO about themselves and put cross or check. Get Ss to find a classmate with the same answers and write their names. Take W/C feedback.
Write the last example from the HO on WB. "I don’t usually meet my best friend in the week." Ask Ss how we can replace "my best friend". Elicit the answer "him/her".
Get Ss to complete the table on second HO individually. Peer-check and take W/C feedback. Elicit the sequence of object and subject pronouns on WB. Get Ss to complete related part on HO. Peer-check. Elicit and record the structure on WB. Draw Ss' attention to unstressed parts on the example sentence above. Model and drill. Get Ss to practice in closed pairs.
