Description

1- In the presentation, the students will meet their teacher and classmates, memorizing names and ages of each one. This lesson begins with simple phrases in Spanish to learn how to present yourself. 2- In this lesson, students will learn the vocabulary of some activities (verbs) and analyze what activity they like to do and what they do not like. The lesson start showing images of paper and the action will be pronounced in Spanish. Finally, on the paper cardboard (first activity) on the line of each name, the student will write what activity he likes and which does not like. 3- In this lesson, students will learn the names and capitals of the countries where the native language is Spanish. The teacher begins asking the students the qualities they know about the language, words or adjectives that identify the culture of some Spanish-speaking country. 4- At the end of the lesson, the student will learn the different ways of saying goodbye

Main Aims

  • 4 At the end of the lesson the student will learn the different phrases to say goodbye in the Turkish-Spanish language (Adiós, hasta luego, hasta mañana, adiós)
  • 3 At the end of the class, the student will be able to identify on the world map, the countries with their capitals, where the official language is Spanish.
  • 2 At the end of the lesson students will be able to use the verbs about the actions of their interest to define what they like or do not like to do.
  • 1 At the end of the introduction, students will have learned to present themselves in Spanish, and pronunciation should be improved with daily practice in class and observation of simple sentences in the paper cardboard

Subsidiary Aims

  • To provide review and practice of basic verbs
  • To provide review and practica of basic phrases to get to know each other
  • To provide review and practice of the farewell phrases

Procedure

Warm Up (10-10 minutes) • To introduce phrases to learn to be presented in Spanish

The teacher introduces himself to the students in Spanish and asks them to follow the same introductory sentences. In the paper cardboard, ask students to write their name and age under the words that request the information.

Controlled Activity (10-15 minutes) • To introduce vocabulary (verbs) in Spanish

The teacher shows images with vocabulary about actions / verbs with the names in Spanish. In the lesson, the pronunciation of each action is practiced.

Controlled Activity (10-10 minutes) • Locate the Spanish-speaking countries

The teacher will show a world map, where will locate the Spanish speaking countries. The pronunciation of the name of the country and its capital will be practiced with the students.

Farewell (5-10 minutes) • To introduce phrases to learn to say goodbye in Spanish

The teacher will show the various phases to end a conversation or simply say goodbye. Will show the example and the students will practice the farewell among them.
