While-Reading/Listening #2 (14-16 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

Give sts "Exercise-2" Have learners read the information on the chart first to see if they can remember anything; Ss listen and fill in. Get Ss to check answers in pairs. Monitor and see if they need to listen again. If they do, play again. Reflect the answers on the board. Sts check and correct their answers.

Post-Speaking/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the listening and expand on what they've learned

Give Ss time to make the questions in "Exercise-3" and Ss check their answers in pairs. Check answers on the board and drill. Ss are given a profile card and 4 personal information they need to find (exercise-4). Ss must ask each other questions based on traits they need to find and answer questions based on profile card. They note the names under the questions. Teacher monitor, but only intervenes as needed and takes notes for some delayed error correction. Take some general FB, then put errors noted on the w/b and elicit corrections.
