Module 4[Grammar-The present perfect simple]
By the end of this lesson students will be able to use the present perfect simple tense with all its functions .Students will be able to differentiate between the past simple tense and the present perfect in their usages and form.
To provide accuracy and fluency speaking practice in a role-play in the context of life experience
Procedure (26-33 minutes)
-Show students pictures about some famous people. Ask Ss. What do those people have in common ? -Specific task . Ask students to read the text quickly and list the achievements that the twins have made.
-Ask students to do exercise (b) : -First they will choose the correct answer. -Then they will listen to track(4.1) and check their answers. -peer correction. -open feedback.
-Highlight the TL.(meaning) -Ask CCQs . They've been T.V. stars all their life. Did they start to be stars in the past? Yes. Are they stars till now? Yes. -Drill orally -Write stentences and clarify (Form ).
