Description

In this lesson, student will review and practice the tenses. Lesson starts with speaking about a word that teacher wrote on the board and its related to Dream. After, teacher set a test based on students previous knowledge written on a paper and they should answer the exam individually. After checking the answers teacher start to teaching the tense which student have some problem with it (if found some extra time review the other tenses).

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Teacher write the words (Loyal and Patient) on the word and student should guess the meaning of these words and then talk about what they think about words.

Test #1 (8-10 minutes) • To gauge students' prior knowledge of the target language

Teacher share some paper to students which they should answer to three question that is on paper. Questions are related to present, past and future tenses.

Teach (3-8 minutes) • To clarify areas of the target language where students had difficulty in the first test stage

After checking the answers of students, if they have some problem about any tense, teacher start to reteach that tense. then teacher share the paper of lesson which want to teach.

Reading and Listening (5-10 minutes) • answer to questions of part (a) and listen to parts (b, e) and answer the questions.

there are two parts, B and E, which student should listen to related voices and answer the questions

vocabulary (part 5) (5-8 minutes) • answer some question about VERB + PREPOSITION
Test #2 (5-10 minutes) • Check students' use of the target language again and compare with the first test

there is a exam with 10 question that student should answer them in group to analyzing that their problem is solved or not.
