A consumer review.
To provide gist and specific information reading practice using a text about consumer review.
To provide fluency speaking practice in a conversation in the context of consumer review.
To provide clarification of writing review.
Procedure (22-34 minutes)
I will ask Ss what can i do ,if i want to read anew book or watch anew film? How can i get good recommendations?
The students will read the text and then answer the two questions .they will check their answers in pairs. T will monitor to see if there are any problems
I will give them two groups of papers one are the words and the other is the definitions, then they wok with each other to check the meaning.
I will ask the students to read the text slowly and get positive and negative phrase .
They will write a review about five books ,cds, et .they right a brief review of each one and give each one a star rating.
Ls will talk about ,things can do to improve their language outside the classroom ,and activities they would like to try.
