Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Teacher follows up the previous lesson by assessing SS prior knowledge. He chooses three people( They are chosen and informed beforehand) who act out three conversations in front of SS.Then he says to SS, " What are they dong?" The question will be shown on whiteboard with power point. SS will answer based on their knowledge of the previous lesson.

Pre-Reading/Listening (7-8 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible

He chooses four words ( blocking words) from the listening track necessary for SS for general understanding of the text. He shows pictures to them and tries to elicit those words.

While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks

Teacher will conduct an activity to help SS practice for gist listening. Teacher along with another person will act out dialogues. Before the role playing SS will be given handouts. They will have to complete the table based on the dialogues used in the acting. Teacher will give SS listening task for checking their comprehension of the text. Teacher will play the audio track. SS will listen to four conversations and write /draw what the people are doing.

While-Reading/Listening #2 (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks

Teacher will give SS listening task for checking their depth of understanding. He will play the audio track again and SS will listen and circle the right answer. Teacher will ask them to be in pairs for peer corrections.

Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned

Teacher will give tables to every individual student and ask him/her to write two things she/he likes to buy and two things she/he doesn't like to buy. Each student will also say why she/he likes or dislikes to buy those things.Then teacher will group SS and ask them to discuss. Teacher will monitor, take note and give feedback.
